Machine Maintenance and Installation
Machine Maintenance
Maintenance of the machine is an extremely important and frequent task. It should be closely coordinated with the machine's operation and repair, and dedicated personnel should be assigned for inspection.
Maintenance Tasks
- The bearings bear the full load of the Stone Crusher Machine , so proper lubrication has a significant impact on the lifespan of the bearings. It directly affects the service life and operating rate of the machine. Therefore, the injected lubricant must be clean, and the seal must be good. The main lubrication points of this machine are:
- Rotating bearings
- Roller bearings
- All gears
- Movable bearings and sliding planes
- Newly installed wheel hoops are prone to loosening and must be checked frequently.
- Ensure that all parts of the machine are working properly.
- Pay attention to the wear degree of easily worn parts and replace worn parts in a timely manner.
- The base plane of the movable device should be kept free of dust and other debris to prevent serious accidents if the movable bearing cannot move on the base when the machine encounters uncrushable material.
- If the bearing oil temperature rises, stop immediately and check the cause to eliminate it.
- If there is an impact sound when the rotating gears are running, stop immediately and check and eliminate the cause.
Installation and Trial Run
- The equipment should be installed on a horizontal concrete foundation and fixed with anchor bolts.
- During installation, ensure the main body is vertical to the horizontal plane.
- After installation, check whether the bolts of each part are loose and whether the main engine bin door is fastened. If so, tighten them.
- Configure the power supply and control switch according to the equipment's power configuration.
- After the inspection is complete, perform a no-load test run. If the test run is normal, the equipment can be put into production.
